Requirements
We are looking for someone who is proactive, sharp, and eager to grow alongside the Managing Director.
This role is not just a PA. You will be exposed to business networking, SME owners, funding strategies and decision-making environments.
Salary: RMIncentives / Earning Growth:

• KPI Performance Bonus
• Additional Commission for cases generated through your outreach / follow-ups
• Additional Override for company cases you assist from start to completion
• Average earning potential
• depending on initiative & performance.

Requirements

• Encourage to be able to speak & write Mandarin but still open vacancy to all
• Proactive, organized, committed, and willing to learn
• Able to communicate confidently and professionally
• Willing to travel for events and networking when required
• Experience in sales / admin / business coordination is a plus (but not compulsory)

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Managing Director's daily schedule, communication, follow-ups, and reminders
• Assist in preparing and submitting SME & Personal financing applications (including CTOS & banking documents)
• Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to potential business leads
• Arrange and set appointments with SME clients
• Accompany Managing Director to business networking events & outstation trips (transport + accommodation provided)
• Represent company professionally and support relationship building with entrepreneurs and partners
