Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform in-process, incoming, and final inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings. Support root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues. Prepare and maintain documentation such as inspection reports, PPAP, control plans, FMEA, and calibration records. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949). Monitor product and process performance using quality tools such as SPC, MSA, and capability studies (Cp, Cpk). Supervise and coordinate with production and supplier teams to ensure quality standards are achieved. Support internal and external quality audits and ensure timely closure of non-conformances. Participate in APQP activities and ensure quality deliverables are completed for new product launches. Lead and train quality inspectors in inspection methods, measurement techniques, and documentation. Analyze customer complaints and feedback to identify areas for process or product improvement. Maintain and ensure calibration of all measuring instruments and testing equipment. Promote a culture of continuous improvement across production and quality departments.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automotive, Quality, Industrial, or Automotive Engineering. Fresh Graduate and for Executive level need experience in quality control or quality engineering in the automotive manufacturing industry. Hands-on experience with inspection and measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing) is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
