We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented

Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant

who speaks fluent in

English

and knows how to work with structure, accountability, and heart.

This role supports daily operations, communication, and admin tasks

What You'll Be Doing (Your Main Responsibilities

Manage email inboxes and respond to messages in

English

Assist with calendar scheduling and appointment coordination Support daily administrative tasks and follow-ups Help organize documents, files, and internal systems Communicate updates clearly and consistently with the team Handle task lists and priorities with minimal supervision Follow written processes and ask questions when something isn't clear (Over-communicate. Closed mouths don't get fed.)
We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set--and always with clear communication.

Tools You'll Need to Be Comfortable With

Hubstaff (required for time tracking) Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets) Zoom or Google Meet Task management tools (ClickUp, Trello, or similar) WhatsApp / Slack / team messaging tools
What We're Looking For

Fluent or near-fluent

English

(written and spoken) Experience as an

Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant

Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working remotely and tracking time Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace Proactive, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Able to follow systems but also think for yourself
Non-Negotiables:

Screenshot and productivity tracker required. Must work during the specified hours (9 AM to 5 PM EST)
Working Hours:

Full-Time - Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM CST
