Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Office.
Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize appointments.
Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for executive use.
Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
Organize and prepare materials for board meetings, leadership discussions, and external engagements.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to support executive decision-making.
Maintain filing systems, records, and office supplies for the Executive Office.
Assist in planning and coordinating executive events, conferences, and workshops.
Undertake special assignments and ad hoc projects as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior management is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and cloud drives
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain strict confidentiality.
Professional demeanor, discretion, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills an added advantage
Experience in supporting C-level executives or board members.
Strong time management and project coordination abilities.
Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative proactively.
