Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing daily schedules, coordinating internal and external meetings, organizing events, and handling travel arrangements.
Track and follow up on tasks assigned by executives to ensure timely and efficient completion, while maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Assist in the preparation, coordination, and facilitation of executive meetings, events, and activities, ensuring all logistical aspects are seamlessly executed.
Act as the primary point of contact for all administrative and personnel-related matters within the department, overseeing functions such as office administration, asset management, expense tracking, contract management, and document and data organization.
Job Requirements:
At least a bachelor's degree in Office Management, Secretarial Management, Business Administration, or any relevant qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role as professional executive assistant or executive secretary.
Strong in both Chinese and English oral and written communication skills. Proficient in the Malay language is an added advantage.
Skilled in operating IT software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented and reliable with strong organizational skills.
Proven experience in organizing large projects or events, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
