Assist Directors with daily operations and provide timely reports.
Manage case and incident filings, and prepare reports, letters, and proposals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and teams.
Support strategic partnerships and business growth initiatives.
Coordinate and conduct surveys, events, and activities.
Supervise and guide frontline staff to ensure adherence to company policies.
Handle customer inquiries, maintain a tidy workspace, and stay updated on company products and services.
Offer recommendations to enhance company efficiency and ensure compliance with policies.
Be available for on-call duties, overtime, and outstation travel when required.
Foster a teamwork spirit and assist with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field.
Able to communicate in English
Willing to learn
Friendly personality
Flexible with travel and on-call duties
Good time management and problem-solving skills
At least 1 year of Business Administration or related field is an added advantage
