Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Regulatory & Corporate Compliance
? Responsible in ensuring full compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards,
including but not limited to those issued by SSM, MPK, CIDB, MIDA, MITI, CUSTOMs, etc.
? Handle registration, renewals, updates, and submissions for business licenses, permits, ISO
certifications, and other statutory requirements.
? Work closely with company secretary, legal advisors, consultants, or auditors to ensure proper
corporate governance and timely statutory filings.
? Keep updated and organized records of all company certifications, licenses, and compliance
documents.
2. External Liaison & Representation
? Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and official dealings with government bodies and
agencies, including but not limited to MIDA, MATRADE, SSM, LHDN, and others.
? Prepare, submit, and follow up on applications, registrations, and incentive-related matters with
external authorities.
? Attend briefings, trade programs, and networking events as assigned by the Managing Director.
? Maintain good relationships with regulatory authorities, partners, and stakeholders.
3. Executive & Operational Support
? Provide strategic and administrative assistance to the Managing Director in managing business
operations, correspondence, and planning.
? Coordinate internal and external meetings, compile minutes of meetings, and ensure action items are
followed through.
? Prepare official letters, proposals, presentation materials, reports, and other related documentation as
required.
? Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.
4. Special Assignments & Task Management
? Carry out special tasks or ad-hoc assignments as instructed by the Managing Director, including but
not limited to strategic research, feasibility studies, business correspondence, and confidential
missions.
? Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams to achieve project or business goals.
? Coordinate internal audits as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
