Job Description


OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.Responsibilities

  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare necessary materials for meetings and events
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
  • Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations for the Managing Director
  • Act as the point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external clients
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating executive meetings and events
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Day-to-day
  • Managing the Managing Director's schedule and appointments
