Job Description


RequiResponsibilities 1. Prepare employee check in / out list for new workers. 2. Accept / Reject daily complaints from online worker\xe2\x80\x99s complaint form (IWCF). 4. Prepare scrap items list and disposal forms and Keep track on scrap items. 5. Prepare weekly IWCF Report. 6. Keep track on new tagging & missing tagging. 7. Update inventory movement form and tagging. 8. Update worker movement in RBS system daily basis. 9. Keep track on positive / CC/ Quarantine workers in excel. 10. Update Tenant such as cafeteria, Convenience store detail and filing time to time. 11. Update bed usage & room set. 12. Update stock card for inventory daily basis. 13. To coordinate with maintenance team to confirm on employee room for check in / out list. 14. Scan document monthly report such as sanitizing, cleaning, and PM service reports in to google drive. 15. Prepare any sort of notice or signages. 16. Make announcement by paging on updates / information / awareness. 17. Performs other related duties as required by superior. 18. To assist in report preparation from superior and maintenance team. requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
  • Possess own transport
  • Good communication, coordination, strong sense of teamwork, and strong execution of work initiative
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Benefits:
