The Executive is responsible for planning, developing, and managing on-ground lead generation activities across strategically identified categories. This includes identifying, establishing, and maintaining partnership collaborations with key stakeholders to drive sustainable lead generation. The role also involves executing partnership programmes to expand the partner network and support new student admissions.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Achieve and surpass the school's admission targets.
Demonstrate high responsiveness and a proactive approach in all customer-facing interactions.
Build and nurture strong, professional relationships with partners.
Lead and manage the Partnership Programme, including:
Identifying and developing a pipeline of potential partners.
Sharing relevant and timely communications with stakeholders.
Creating engagement platforms to sustain partner interest and involvement.
Negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements.
Identify and convert leads through customized incentive programmes.
Travel domestically and internationally as required.
Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related role.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
