Key Responsibilities

Execute marketing and promotional activities to increase visibility and patient growth. Develop, manage, and distribute marketing materials (brochures, posters, digital content). Build and maintain business leads and customer databases. Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships. Manage relationships with insurance companies and TPAs (local & international). Maintain strong engagement with existing insurance clients through health programs and campaigns. Assist in organising and attending events, exhibitions, roadshows, and health talks. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning. Monitor and report the performance of marketing and event campaigns. Support the team in meeting departmental targets and managing marketing budgets. Collaborate with internal teams on various marketing and business development initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in marketing, business development, healthcare, or customer engagement. Open to candidates from different industries who are willing to learn and adapt. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines. Creative, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of TCM or healthcare is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
