Assist the team in preparing periodical reports on financial & operational for management & stakeholders.
Consolidate & monitor business units\' operational and financial performance.
Conduct internal analysis with regards to: -
Business & Operational Analysis - e.g. product launch trend, profit margin, landbank analysis.
Economic & Property Market Analysis - e.g. competitors\' analysis, property market performance, budget highlights, local and international property market trends, changes in policies / incentives.
KPI coordination & tracking exercise for Property Development business segment.
Focus on collating data / information in relation to current property market.
Liaison with relevant stakeholders / Township operational teams to understand and keep up with current issues & updates on the ground.
Review business unit\'s new business proposal or financial feasibility / projection.
Job Requirements
Degree in business/finance/real estate field.
2 - 3 years\' working experience in Property related field, working experience in Property Development will be an added advantage.
Familiar with business & financial concepts.
MS Office proficiency especially MS Excel & PowerPoint.
Strong strategic and analytical skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
