Job Description

Looking for a hands-on, reliable executive to support a fast-growing business operation.

This role involves client servicing, project coordination, travel management, and digital initiatives -- offering excellent career exposure and learning opportunities.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any field. Required languages: English and Mandarin. Basic written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel). Ability to resolve complex problems and issues independently. Flexible and able to multitask on several aspects of a project or handle multiple projects simultaneously. Able to produce quality work within strict deadlines. Must possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel when required.
Responsibility

Assist Director in daily coordination of business activities, meetings, and scheduling. Handle insurance claim documentation and follow up with clients or insurers. Manage client gift preparation for festive seasons and opening ceremonies. Coordinate travel, accommodation, and outstation arrangements. Source and compare quotations for major portfolio clients. Support ongoing IT system and digitalization projects. Manage event arrangements and client networking appointments. Prepare simple reports, follow up on tasks, and ensure deadlines are met. Assist in other business operations and related documentation. Research and prepare government grant applications when eligible.
