Executive, CAMO Materials - RepairJob Type: 1 year fixed term contractAs an Executive, CAMO Materials at AirAsia X, you will assist the Material Manager in developing and implementing efficient systems for managing spares that require repairs, overhaul, exchange, and testing. Your role is crucial in coordinating logistics to ensure timely and effective transportation and handling of these materials.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the process of requesting quotations, preparing purchase requisitions, and issuing repair, overhaul, and exchange orders for aircraft and commercial items.Communicate and follow up with relevant agencies to clear all incoming engineering aircraft items sent to and received from repair centers.Liaise with vendors and related agencies regarding the repair, overhaul, calibration, and exchange of items, ensuring timely and quality service.Maintain up-to-date documentation, including:Quotations received from vendors for each request.Evaluations of supplier quotes and recommended sources for repairs.Approved purchase requisitions and repair orders from management.Review and share strip reports with the Technical Services Department for further analysis.Produce reports for management review, suggesting and planning improvement activities based on findings.Organize the shipment of spares to approved vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.Ensure all orders are properly closed out and documented, maintaining comprehensive records of shipped and retrieved items.Consult with the Technical Service Department for any special inspections or investigations on items removed for reasons other than normal wear and tear, such as deflation or thread thrown, ensuring adherence to safety standards.Air France Coordination: (For Air France-specific responsibilities)Prepare and manage the pickup or return of loan or exchange parts, including necessary documentation.Monitor and report on the movement of Air France-related materials, providing detailed exchange reports for monitoring and review.Education and QualificationsEducational Background: Possess a recognized Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any field or a Diploma in an Administration or Engineering-related field.Experience:Fresh graduates in Administration or Engineering-related fields are encouraged to apply.Candidate with 2-3 years of experience in Engineering, Logistics, or related fields is a plus.We are all different - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
