OR
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major 8 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
Tanggungjawab
  • Proficient in using fresh raw materials to prepare dishes and create artistic menus.
  • Focus on developing innovative menu items.
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Maintain high standards of food presentation, quality and food safety
