This training exercise is regular and continuously over a time. 2. Lead food and beverages dipndip chef\xe2\x80\x99s and barista\xe2\x80\x99s team by attracting, training and appraising talented local personnel 3. Ensures compliance with company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures 4. Improve and innovate the new menu launched to meet the taste of Malaysian 5. Partnering with marketing meetings with relevant promotional methods including daily meals, holidays, special occasions 6. Ensuring that the use of specific machines and equipment is easy to find resources domestically, easy to repair and suggests other types of machines that are more competitive 7. Ensure the operation of the existing menus are remains organized at each outlet 8. Keep up to date for Canada HQ on the current development of the dessert business in Malaysia as many new brands have penetrated the market Knowledge and Experience 1. Minimum Degree in related field 2. Experience and skill in Training Development which proven the output of best skills of candidates, generating them to be creative, more innovative, build more demand etc. 3. Knowledgable in cocoa-based 4. Able to manage research and development to adapt new technology of human physical and technic, participate in new trend of food presentation such as such as molecular gastronomy. 5. Experience in cooking of many different types of dessert, especially at any other dipndip branch at the other country Al Baba Group Sdn Bhd was established since 2012.
