We are seeking experienced and talented individuals to join our prestigious hospitality establishment as Executive Chef/Director of Food and Beverage. Criteria:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume and upscale establishment and solid understanding F&B operation
• Strong culinary skills, with expertise in diverse cuisines and menu development.
• Excellent leadership and team-building abilities, with a track record of managing and motivating kitchen staff.
• Solid financial acumen, including experience in cost control, budgeting, focasting and food cost analysis.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
• Knowledge in Food Safety System in accordance to Malaysian law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests, suppliers, and team members.
