Job Description


Critical Success Factors:

  • Knowledge of technical Standard Operation Procedure, System and Processes.
  • Pleasant, initiative, energetic and willingness to learn and help others.
  • Work independence.
Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Repair and Replacement RIGEL parts.
  • Understanding Civil Works (Painting, Plaster Ceiling, Door, Door Ironmongeries and etc) system.
  • Understanding Grease System.
  • Understanding PU injection.
  • Preventive Plan Maintenance (PPM).
  • Performing maintenance of Plumbing and Civil Works.
  • Assist Fit Out on Close Ceiling Inspection and Pre-Opening Inspection.
  • Install, repair and maintain common Plumbing parts, Leakages & Civil Works and etc.
  • Respond to emergency call when directed by company / IOI management.
Job Competence Profile:
  • At least 2-3 year experience in retail mall / Commercial Building.
  • Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication (Written & Oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability flexible and work analytically in a problem solving environment.
  • Customers services oriented and good personal skill.
  • Must display professionalism and confidence.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tusking and time management skills.
