The Commercial Executive is responsible for the process of calling, pitching, closing and servicing existing partners.WHAT YOU WILL OWN:Tasked with the care of a portfolio of partner accounts, you will be expected to:
xe2x97x8f Meet the expected daily productivity in terms of the number of vendor sales calls to sell assigned products.
xe2x97x8f Be sales-minded and resourceful to hit set KPIs.
xe2x97x8f Manage vendor objections according to set guideline
xe2x97x8f Record calls, sales and other useful information accurately into CRM tool following guidelines
xe2x97x8f Active check and respond in the company's collaboration platformESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE.xe2x97x8f As this is a 100% telesales role, you need to be comfortable in making outbound calls via digital communication tools over extended periods of time.
xe2x97x8f Open to fresh graduates. Previous telesales experience is not necessary but is an added advantage (maximum 1.5 years),
xe2x97x8f Able to communicate in English effectively, an added advantage for the ability to speak, read & write in Bahasa Malaysia,
Mandarin.
xe2x97x8f A strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient and a team player with a willingness to learn.
xe2x97x8f Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes and requirements.
