:

: * Monitor the effective management of billing statement thru detailed analysis and perform reconciliation of General Ledger figures to billing statements to partners as well as ensuring proper recording, maintaining and allocation of PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd common stock to the respective PETRONAS Sharing Contract for the purpose of timely and accurate cost recovery from PETRONAS Sharing Contract partners and PETRONAS and review template and conduct the Process Director activities by monitoring and follow up with the customers to pay timely within credit terms to ensure posting is done accurately to the right account coding.

  • Review and monitor instructions for payment to settle the outstanding Electronic Interco Billing (EIB) through detailed validation to ensure that all charges are genuine, and expenses are charged to the correct cost centers and character of expense in line with all regulatory and PETRONAS Group accounting policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Review and validate billing related reports such as Interco debtors ageing report and statement of accounts and resolve any discrepancies to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures and data integrity that will facilitate timely billing and payment process.
  • Consolidate and verify vendors statement review and reconciliation of vendors\' statement of accounts against finance records by analyzing the related documents and discussions with vendors to expedite and resolve any issues or concerns relating to vendors invoices and billing so as to ensure no disruption to the business.
  • Provide advice and guidance for billing matters, namely on interpretation and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, processes and systems to be consistent with Group\'s business practice.
Qualification:
  • Degree in Accounting or any related disciplines
  • Possess professional qualification in accounting such as Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), Malaysian Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) would be an added advantage.
Requirement:
  • Minimum 5-7 years in oil, gas & petrochemicals industry.
