Job Description

Key Role Objectives: -

To ensure MARA Liner complies with the internal policies and external regulatory. To develop, implement and managing the compliance program, conducting audits, providing guidance to ensure the adherence to the policies and regulations.
Principle Accountability:-

Monitor, interpret and document the relevant transportation service industry related regulatory requirements. To design, implement the internal compliance audit/inspection procedure followed by documenting the reports. To facilitate and execute quality inspection of MLSB's bus service operations and facilities to ensure compliance of regulatory standard and organization policies. Governing the development, implementation and maintenance of MARA Ecosystem Quality Standard (MQS). To support in development, implementation and maintenance quality management system aligning with ISO 9001:2015 and regulations. Effectively collaborate, communicate and advice all divisions to address quality & compliance issues and corrective actions implementations. Up to date with the regulatory updates, industry best practice and trends in bus transportation service quality assurance. To assist in facilitation and monitoring of the external inspection activity & findings carried out by MARA (BIP only).
Bachelor's degree in business, law or any related fields
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in compliance or audit roles

Possess ideal experience in transportation service/logistics industry Familiar with regulations and legislation involved in transportation industry Proactive, High attention to details, Problem solving & Risk-based thinking skills Great interpersonal and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
