RESPONSIBILITIES

\xc2\xb7 Create and write English content based on guideline/best practices for our website and blogs

\xc2\xb7 Conduct in-dept research on products, brands, topics that appeal to customers to develop content

\xc2\xb7 Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO best practices to increase traffic to our website

\xc2\xb7 Support marketing team in developing content for campaigns and other projects

\xc2\xb7 Proofread content created by team members to reduce errors and inconsistencies

\xc2\xb7 Optimize and polish existing content to improve readability for users

\xc2\xb7 Use tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SurferSEO and Google Search Console to gather data and write content for users

\xc2\xb7 Identify gaps in current content guideline and provide suggestions for improvement

REQUIREMENTS

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Communications / Marketing / English / PR / Journalism or related fields

\xc2\xb7 A passion for writing, with minimum one year experience in a content writing (or related) role

\xc2\xb7 Fluency in English, both written and spoken:

o Able to showcase good writing and editing skills for content creation

o Comfortable communicating using English in professional settings

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding on utilizing data to drive decisions in fine tuning content for readers

\xc2\xb7 Basic understanding/certification in SEO with a keen interest to grow (proven experience is an added advantage)

\xc2\xb7 A team player that thrives in a collaborative environment, passionate to contribute and takes ownership in driving team initiatives

\xc2\xb7 Flexible and open to changes either in the tasks or the organization itself

\xc2\xb7 Detail oriented and strives to achieve accuracy and consistency in content

\xc2\xb7 Writing experience for topics related to gaming / electronics / or content for the Australian market is an added advantage!
