Job PurposeResponsible for procurement, contracts and cost management tasks for facilities management and construction works for Sime Darby Property Selatan Sdn. Bhd. according to the Standard Operating Procedures, Business Requirement, Companyxe2x80x99s KPI and specified timeline by the management.Responsibility

• To coordinate and execute the issuance of Purchase Order to Contractors & Suppliers.
• To coordinate and execute the registration of vendors for SDPS.
• Prepare internal tender document according to the works requirement, budget and specified timeline.
• Prepare selection of consultant appointment document and recommendation paper for management approval.
• Preparing list of qualified vendors for management approval.
• To coordinate execute the issuance of Registration of Intent (RoI).
• Invitation to Tender and issuance of the Tender Documents to the tenderers.
• To execute and organize the tender opening exercise for SDPS.
• To prepare and organize internal tendering evaluation report, approval papers and tender clarification until the award of contract to the successful tenderer.
• To manage facilities management (FM) and construction contracts for SDPS.
• To prepare cost management analysis for annual budget, life cycle costing data, spend analysis according to building services category for management review.
• Updating monthly cost analysis of FM works.
• To compile historical cost data of purchase items, construction works for future reference.
• To check and verify cost of supply items, works, services etc. according to market rates.
• To check all payment contractors according to the work done and provision of contract.
• To perform other tasks as and when directed by the Deputy Head of Commercial.

RequirementsEducation/ Professional QualificationDegree in Quantity Surveying or any relevant technical degree related to facilities management or property development or construction.Professional ExperienceRegistration with Professional Institution such as MISM, IEM, PAM & etc. as added advantage.
