Job Description

Key responsibilities:



Assist in preparing of tender/quotation document for calling tender. To prepare, gather, vetting through and make comparison of all date and other necessary document for price negotiation with contractor & consultant. Prepare progress payment certificate for contractor and consultant To carry out site valuation and measurement as and when required Checking of claim submitted by contractors, consultants, supplier etc. To prepare the variation order for the contractor and consultant To prepare the Certificate of Practical Completion (CPC), Certificate of Making Good Defect (CMGD) and certificate of Partial Occupation (CPO) Handle the Purchase Order process until approval part and ensure supporting document for Purchase Order is complete. Record, update and maintain the database of the contractors/consultants.

Requirements:



Candidate must possess at least at least Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor with at least 2 years of work experiences in related industries and discipline Strong communication and negotiation Computer literate and good report writing skills Good analytical and problem-solving skills Exposed to working with big costing database and able to meet tight deadline
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
