Job Responsibilities

To be involved in all pre & post contract works
Prepare cost estimation/analysis, the summary of contract and project budget
Preparation, calling and evaluation of tenderers and valuation of variation orders
Negotiates with contractors/suppliers on the building and material cost
To process consultants/contractors claims pertaining to project matters

Requirements:

Minimum 2-5 years experience in construction field
Proficient in English language.
Able to speak and write in mandarin language added advantage (dealing with China/ Taiwan client)
Willing to be stationed at Penang/ Kedah.
