Job Responsibilities
- To be involved in all pre & post contract works
- Prepare cost estimation/analysis, the summary of contract and project budget
- Preparation, calling and evaluation of tenderers and valuation of variation orders
- Negotiates with contractors/suppliers on the building and material cost
- To process consultants/contractors claims pertaining to project matters
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in construction field
- Experience in fast track project added advantage
- Pre/ Post contract management
- Willing to be stationed at Penang/ Kulim, Kedah.
