Job Brief: To assist and support the Head of CSIA in the preparation and coordination of meetings, preparation of corporate secretarial documentation as requested by other departments and to assist in the monitoring and preparation of audit report and audit findings by the external auditors. Key Roles/Responsibility: To provide administrative support on corporate secretarial and internal audit matters to CIA team, including but not limited to: Coordinate and organising meetings organised by CSIA i.e., Board meeting, ManCo meeting, RMC meeting, entrance audit meeting etc, including preparation of meeting papers and following up on the submission of meeting papers with paper owner. Handling correspondences that directed to CSIA. Corporate secretarial and internal audit documents i.e., reports, minutes, administrative records such as board allowance and secretarial fee, audit fee. Maintain and update CSIA filing system for important and confidential company\'s/department\'s documents (both soft and hard copies). Monitor and comply with submission deadlines from paper or respective division. Collection of receivables document from internal and external parties. To attend meeting as and when required by the Head of Department of CSIA. To handle queries from managers and employees limited to administrative matters. To assist in projects or special assignments in which the Corporate Secretarial and Internal Audit Department is involved in. To undertake any other duties within the context of the role as may be determined by the Head of Department of CSIA. Requirements: Minimum requirement of a Bachelor\'s degree in a related field. At least 3 years of experience in similar roles or involved in similar tasks. Special Assets & Competencies: Able to understand both the corporate secretarial matters. Computer literate: Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point skills are needed. Good written and verbal English communication skills Familiarity with Companies Act 2016 Experience with in-depth knowledge of accounting and auditing standards Interpersonal skills, presentation skills and good analytical skills Young, dynamic, independent, and willing to learn Meticulous, able to multi-task and a good team player with strong ethics
