Position Responsibilities
Review thoroughly each claim to ensure accuracy of information and verification of facts whether customary and reasonable based on rates stipulated by law (Malaysia).
Process claims according to standard recommendation and guidelines set.
Systematically follow-up and attend to internal & external customer's enquiries pertaining to claims while meeting internal standard turnaround time.
Audit of claims for inconsistencies and accurately recorded.
Able to accurately prepare daily tasks and do basic administrative work.
Assist with special projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficiency in Computer software - Microsoft Excel & Word.
Good command (spoken & written) in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Any extra language would be added advantage for the job.
Possess interest and able to give excellent attention to details with large data.
Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Degree Holder with Nursing / Medical or relevant Biomedical Health Science background.
Minimum 2 years working experience preferable in the insurance or medical industry. However fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
