1. Summary of Principal Job Responsibility: \xe2\x80\xa2 Collection \xe2\x80\xa2 Processing DIP cases \xe2\x80\xa2 Administrative 2. Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities: Handle conversion of DIP to Bank Loan Agreement \xe2\x80\xa2 DIP Special request from purchaser for full settlement \xe2\x80\x93 obtained approval from HOD. Complaints/Enquiries \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling all purchaser/customer complaint or inquiry propriety. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reply email daily basis and follow up with purchaser and internal to make sure all complaint or inquiry solve. Credit Admin \xe2\x80\xa2 Issued TR/OR and reply purchaser email on daily basis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep customer files updated, recording times and dates that contact or email has been made and noting information that customers have received about their debt. \xe2\x80\xa2 Advise customers on their various payment options. If not payment agreement can be reached, collections officers inform customers of further actions that may be taken to collect overdue debts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contacting effectively with customers on a timely basis and provide excellent service regarding collection issues, discrepancies and overdue payment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Issued reminder letter, notice of demand and file RAMCI to customers when payment are not being made. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare report/slide for DIP. Handler settlement cases. \xe2\x80\xa2 Process cases on DIP. \xe2\x80\xa2 Explain with purchaser on the DIP package. \xe2\x80\xa2 Call/follow up with customers on monthly payment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Tally on bank reconciliation on daily basis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time. The above functions are by no means exhaustive. The responsibilities of the position will be reviewed/ amended from time to time to reflect the business needs of the Company. JOB REQUIREMENTS Educational/Professional Qualification \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates must possess at least SPM, STPM, A Level or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree. Work Experience \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience on customer service/Banking line/Administrative. Language Proficiency \xe2\x80\xa2 English & Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Personal Attributes & Other requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess good interpersonal and communications skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Independent
