- Befriend with customers in order for them to trust you and take your advice. Their feedback would be the best solution to improve our company\'s progress as well as ourproducts.
- Maintain a positive, empathic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer\'s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolved within a time limit.
- Communicating with customers through various support.
- Work with the customer service manager to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.
