Job Description


s:

  • Preparation of submission of quotation and proposals
  • Attend networking sessions and directing customer enquiries
  • Negotiate and establish contract with shipping liner / carrier
  • Provide various reports include weekly / monthly management and customer reports
  • Request rate from service providers
  • Maintain high standard of service delivery at all the times
  • Performance analysis of ocean freight and customer service providers through KPI reporting tools and exception report
  • Compilation & follow up daily operations
  • Send forecast to carrier and ensure they are able to supply the quantity for the week.
  • To monitor if any shipment is overbooked with carrier and coordinate with booking team for further action
  • To support on container damage cases with carrier and customer
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in any field from a reputable and recognized University
  • Minimum 5 years\' experience in freight forwarding industry
  • Highly motivated, team oriented and able to work independently.
  • Possess initiative and good analytical ability.
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
