Responsibility:\xc2\xb7 To support overall customer service for Mercedes-Benz Finance & Leasing Business\xc2\xb7 Attend to customers\' (salespersons, dealers, suppliers, end-customers) enquiries\xc2\xb7 Timely provide high quality service and operation process to meet customers\' expectation and continuously improve CSI result\xc2\xb7 To support contract administration related business processes\xc2\xb7 Timely answer and deal with Customer\'s requirement from different channels:\xc2\xb7 Phone calls\xc2\xb7 Online text (Line app)\xc2\xb7 E-mail\xc2\xb7 Ticketing system\xc2\xb7 In reference to the following operations which includes but not limited to:\xc2\xb7 Provide quotation for early termination\xc2\xb7 Out-bound call for mature contract\xc2\xb7 Handle related work flow and operations in system\xc2\xb7 Payment checking\xc2\xb7 Internal / External communication\xc2\xb7 Communicate customer needs with relative departments\xc2\xb7 Cooperate with brand partner and service center to deal with customer complaint\xc2\xb7 Handle other customer enquiries including modification of customer & contract information, overpayment refund, leasing car maintenance & insurance, etc.\xc2\xb7 Cross function support to Contract Administration related daily operations which includes but not limited to contract activation, modification, and termination, etc.Qualifications\xc2\xb7 Degree holder, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years of working experience\xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years experience for customer service center and operation in finance / banking industry\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge in MS Office software like Word & Excel\xc2\xb7 Good spoken and written English\xc2\xb7 Conversant spoken and written Mandarin/Taiwan and local dialects\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of Finance Contract Management ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of hire purchase terms and processes\xc2\xb7 Basic Auto Finance and Leasing Knowledge
