Job Description

- To interact with customers to address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their needs. - Process or cancel order - Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions - Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs - Generate sales leads - Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools - Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media - Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers - Sell products and services Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Seremban: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
