About You

CARSOME is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Telesales Representative, for our Customer Service Department. We need a self-driven individual with effective communication and negotiation skills. Your responsibilities include and not limited to identifying potential customers, assisting the end-to-end customer experience journey, and closing the

deal.

Your Day-to-Day

Perform Outbound calls to potential customers available in CARSOME's Internal database to persuade and convince them to make online booking payment for their preferred CARSOME cars. Delivers scripted sales talks to describe services or products to potential customers. Attend customer inquiries by providing accurate information regarding CARSOME's used car business, product & service offerings. Proactively persuade customers to reschedule appointments that have been cancelled. Proactively inform customers of ongoing deals and promotion. Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. Contributes to teamwork by achieving relevant results. Uphold high standards of prudence and discretion in processing and maintaining customer interaction records and account details using CARSOME tools provided.

Your Know-How

Education Level - A high school qualification or equivalent. Proven experience as Telemarketer or similar sales role with a minimum 1-year experience. Able to work under a fast phase environment. Have a positive mindset, sales-oriented person. Candidate with high integrity in values, prior professional experience in automotive industry preferred but not compulsory. Willing to work in The Ascent Paradigm, Selangor. 5 working day with 2 days off Willing to work on weekends & Public Holidays. Ability to start work immediately will be an added advantage. Strong, English & Bahasa Malaysia verbal and written communication skills

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
