Duties & Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITY

Responsible on issuance of Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) to suppliers and inventory planning including balanced inbound, inventory accuracy and inventory holding days. He/she also to ensure our fulfilment from suppliers and to stores achieve the desired KPI

Job Requirements
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Checking & ensure all PO (PR) publish to B2B
2. Check PO and STO Z106 to ensure PO equal to STO. Highlight for any high volume and PO not equal to STO to alert floor operation and IT team
3. Responsible on accuracy and adequacy of PR/PO issued to suppliers with returned confirmation from suppliers
4. Perform promo allocation base on agreed qty and putting date
5. Responsible for weekly/monthly forecast to suppliers and necessary stock reservation by suppliers
6. Analyze festive sales (CNY and Hari raya) on previous year versus latest month sales before future festive and propose store buying sku and quantity. Planning for sku to buffer and quantity to share with vendors for stock reservation, related department and 3PL for additional locations
7. Work closely with warehouse operations and 3PL teams to ensure all the processes of operation running smoothly
8. Work closely with Merchandising (ME) team on promo allocation and schedule, stock reservation
9. Follow up on inventory clearance with ME and suppliers at optimize stock holding level
10. Follow up on non-compliance suppliers on our requirements
11. Perform other job related duties as and when requested by Superior
12. Participate in continual Process improvement activities
