Responsible to provide System Development and support to JDE suite of ERP application, MTech Systems and other DPP system. Manage and support all Applications, Interfaces and IT Operations to ensure timely deliverables and overall operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide recommendations to improve the overall operations and efficiency of the System Application Software in order to support current and meet new business requirements.
Maintain a proactive approach in attending to users\' requests, identify and troubleshoot problems, enquiries, provide advice and follow through in meeting user needs and expectations within a stipulated time to ensure smooth operation of the JDE / MTech application, BI Cognos, and other application system.
Attend to user requests, problems and enquiries. Work with users and the project team to identify user\'s needs, system/process that needs improvement and actively provide best practice solutions.
Identify, analyze and prepare requirements and technical specifications based on users\' requests in order to develop customized reports and new/enhanced application programs within a given deadline.
Supervise and work with vendors to ensure projects/tasks are implemented as per specification and on time.
Generate and maintain an appropriate technical documentation, system manuals, workflow processes, procedures and guidelines.
Ensure the completion for new programs or enhancements of programs to meet the requirements and timeline.
Ensure Program and System Integration Testing is done thoroughly with proper Test Plan documentation. Perform Application Testing together with User and Application Support Team Member.
Assist in all IT related areas including Supply Chain initiatives as and when required to ensure the Companies objectives are met.
Perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
