Role Purpose

To administer, enhance, and support the CELLPlus learning platform, working closely with academic and technical stakeholders to ensure a robust, user-friendly, and innovative digital learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration: Oversee maintenance, updates, and customization of the CELLPlus (Moodle) platform for optimal performance and user experience. Content Management: Coordinate with instructional designers and faculty to upload, update, and quality-check all online learning content and micro-credentials. User Support: Serve as primary contact for technical issues; provide guidance and training for faculty, students, and staff using CELLPlus. Quality Assurance: Monitor, review, and report on platform/course quality, ensuring continuous improvement based on feedback and data analytics. Data Analytics: Track and report platform usage, learner engagement, and other KPIs; provide actionable insights to the team. System Integration: Support integration of new digital tools or enhancements to improve learning outcomes and administrative efficiency. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with academic, IT, and vendor partners to resolve issues, pilot new features, and maintain alignment with department objectives. Innovation: Proactively suggest and pilot improvements in digital delivery, automation, and user engagement. Policy Compliance: Ensure all digital activities adhere to university policies and standards. Professional Development: Keep up to date with trends in e-learning and digital education.
Job Requirements

Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 1+ years experience (or strong internship) in educational technology or platform management preferred. Familiarity with Moodle or other LMS platforms. Analytical, tech-savvy, and a problem-solver. Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Melayu. Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Pay: RM3,050.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
