Job Summary

Support sourcing activities for direct categories to ensure the procurement of the right products at the best value for KFC, Pizza Hut, QSR Manufacturing and Region Food Industries, in line with company policies and operational requirements.

Job Responsibility

Source materials to meet business requirements and explore alternative suppliers to expand the sourcing base. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as QA, Operations, and Marketing for alignment on product needs. Communicate with suppliers regarding product specifications, pricing, and relevant documentation and ensure compliance with business requirement. Ensure all raw materials are Halal and GFSI certified. Drive cost savings and support continuous process improvement. Manage contracts, including review, vetting, and execution. Handle tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and quotation processes. Oversee supplier onboarding, including registration, NDA, and supply agreement management. Monthly reporting on procurement performance and strategic initiatives. Support in all procurement and supply chain related tasks.

Requirement

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field. Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in Procurement/Purchasing in FMCG or food-related industries. Communicates clearly and respectfully, listens actively, and encourages open dialogue to strengthen team performance. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and suppliers at all levels. Solid negotiation skills to secure the best value while maintaining supplier relationships. Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and support strategic decision-making. Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Willing to commit time and effort to achieve excellence. Strong team collaboration spirit with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
