Job Description

Reporting to the CEO, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and constant innovation of the company\'s latest ventures in alternative energy. You will lead and grow a network of existing and early-phase entities with a focus on growth, while developing a sustainability-conscious culture aligned with the company\'s values.

• Develop and champion the strategic direction for all projects, aligned with the company\'s strategic goals across global, regional and local needs.
• Keep abreast with industry developments and identify future opportunities within emerging sectors and markets to expand the company\'s offerings.
• Drive cross collaboration between technical, commercial and support functions to maximize market analyses, project viability and internal processes.
• Manage project planning and execution - ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines and deliverables.
• Form and nurture strategic partnerships for mutually beneficial relationships to enhance technological and commercial capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with local and international compliance standards and regulations. Build risk management frameworks to protect against potential pitfalls.

• A background in the energy sector is crucial (i.e. Oil & Gas, Renewables).
• Technical knowledge within the energy sector is advantageous.
• Capable of effective strategic planning, combined with the ability to execute on-ground initiatives and activations.
• Project management experience in managing timelines and budgets.
• Sound financial acumen for critical appraisal of projects and investments.
• Positive and inspiring leadership ability to drive and motivate teams with a mutually aligned goal.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of market movements and trends that may affect the company.
