Job Description
Reporting to the Managing Director, lead the way in ensuring all services and solutions meet the agreed-upon SLAs. Be the force behind the team\'s high-performance culture during the brand\'s transformational growth period.
- Deliver agreed services to clients with a keen understanding of marketing dynamics, industry trends, competitors and customer needs, ensuring the brand\'s quality and responsiveness.
- Establish strong controls and processes to reduce errors and exposure, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Motivate the team to cultivate high-performing, accountable culture and collaborate with diverse teams to tackle complex issues.
- Set clear directions and goals for all direct reports and teams through positive communication.
- Drive a culture of innovation, Kaizen (continuous improvements) and openness in idea sharing in teams.
- Experience in a senior management role with service-based experience for financial services/ legal/ administrative/management functions.
- Proven track record in leading a large team across multiple disciplines.
- Able to handle and manage complex clients and discussions.
- Proven track record of strategic thinking and decision-making experience.
- Capable to swiftly operate in vague environments.
