Responsibilities: The primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for the supervision of District Cooling operation and maintenance activities, supervision and coordination of Mechanical & Electrical Services works relating to the DCS to ensure proper construction of the Company\'s projects and may act as the Consultant Representative when directed by the management, plus other tasks that the management believe are within the abilities of the Holder and that fit with the Company\'s strategies, as circumstances dictate. To provide support for District Cooling System back-office operation and administration such as, billing and collection, customer services, documents control and other tasks that the Management believes are within the abilities of the holder and that fits in with the Company\'s strategies as circumstances dictate. To analyze and process data for billing purposes for all DCS customers. To implement and execute DCS\'s SOP operations and preventive maintenance scheduled activities. To monitor and control the Operating Expenses applicable to DCS. To monitor and control the upkeep of the filling system for all official documents (project and O&M). To monitor and ensure effectiveness by the plant operator for DCS plant operations and maintenance. To identify, troubleshoot and resolve DCS & M&E systems in a timely manner. To assist and coordinate DCS office operation and administration matters. To assist and coordinate DCS office operation and administration matters. To ensure up-to-date accounts and management of collections inclusive of issuance of billings and statement of accounts for DCS. To control and monitor defaulters on all monies due for payment to DCS and issue reminders in accordance with agreement. To monitor and control the upkeep of the filling system for all administration documents. To provide guidance and training to DCS team on the procedures and day to day operations and responsibilities. To implement and execute DCS\'s SOP administration and operations. To attend and resolve all complaints (oral or written) by customers in a timely manner. Qualifications: Specialized in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent. Minimum Diploma in any discipline. Degree in property or building related discipline will be an added advantage. Total Work Experience: 4 to 6 years Total Relevant Experience: 1 to 3 years in construction, operations and maintenance of HVAC systems Experience in District Cooling System (DCS) and thermal ice Storage systems is an advantage. Strong leadership, good communication, interpersonal, management and analytical skills. Knowledge of accounting and finance management is an advantage. Possess good interpersonal skills and able to maintain effective working relationships with division staff and customers. Good oral and written communication skills in English and able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia. Computer literate
