Only shortlisted candidates will be notifiedPOSITION GENERAL SUMMARYPlan; manage and monitor the operations and maintenance works and ensuring the works doe are accordingly to the specified maintenance standards; best practices and quality so as to ensure the serviceability and reliability of facilities as well as operational efficiency and cost optimizationESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Adhere with company\'s policies; procedures; guideline; local/international regulations and legislations; quality management and other certifications.
• Prepare timely and accurate reporting for the assigned airport system facilities.
• Plan; prepare and implement the yearly budget.
• Develop staff competency and skill in order to improve the effectiveness of operation and maintenance activities.
• Keep abreast of new technology in order to properly plan for future enhancement and efficiency improvement of the assigned airport system and facilities.
• Assist on the special project in order to ensure the assigned airport system and facilities requirements are properly addressed.
• Coordinate effectively and timely during any system crisis and emergency situation.
• Implement the project and contract management.
• Analyze technical and financial data and recommends for continuous improvement action.

• To carry out system reliability analysis due to lack of data.
• High dependency on IT system performance.
• Lack of management skill at airports, people competency and people development
• Keep abreast with the latest technology and best practices in the industries.

Skills

• Knowledge in maintenance management, contract management, quality management system & SAP
• Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven and resourceful
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Relevant IndustriesInternal

• Diploma holder with minimum 5 years relevant working experience in Supervisory role.
• Must achieve and maintain the following performance rating for two (2) consecutive years of at least Exceptional / A or Outstanding / B; and Minimum Meet Expectations / C
• The employee must not be subjected to disciplinary punishments except for disciplinary counselling, caution, reminder & warning for the past 36 consecutive months immediately preceding the promotion
