JOB RESPONSIBILITIES\xe2\x80\x8b

• Responsible for developing and implementing sustainable polices and strategies to reduce the company\'s environmental impact.
• Will work closely with cross-functional teaims to Identity cost effective solutions and will communicate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS\xe2\x80\x8b

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related fields Minimum 3 years of experience in managing sustainability initiatives for businesses
• Experience with ESG metrics (eg. SASB, GRI, TCFD) and frameworks (e.g. UN Global Compact, Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD)
• Knowledge of ESG-related legal frameworks (e.g. UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, Modern Slavery Act) and their relevant implications for businesses
• Excellent knowledge of regulatory practices and required complianse standards related to environmental sustainability and impact
• Experience leading and managing ESG-related initiatives and programs, using data-driven insights to track progress of KPIs and report on outcomes
• Demonstrated track record of leading successful environmental initiatives and projects with quantifiable results
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of sustainable technologies and practices and their implementation
• Experience in sustainable practicies related to the real estate industry is a plus Pypticient in project management tools and software
• Proficient in project management tools and software
