Job Description

Ensure timely sales reports, customs documentation for duty free and export shipments as well as documentation approvals from Customs. Support in sales planning such as forecasting and liaison with Supply Chain for production.

Responsibilities:

• Compile reports and prepare Duty Free (DF) Customs documentation for local DF and export DF shipments
• Administer DF documentation approvals from Customs
• Assist in sales planning such as forecasting and liaison with Supply Chain for production
• Assist in sales administration such as updating sales records, preparing sales reports, reconciliation of customers\' statement of account
• Responsible to plan for delivery and to monitor sales collection
• Update and track daily performance
• Monitor stock releasing as per locked forecast
• Communicate with Planning team on production slot and stock availability, as and when needed
• Assist in Payment follow up for DF/Export customers
• Follow up with Logistics team on Eksais 8, container and stock movement, as and when needed
• Trace returned empty kegs availability from port of discharge to final port destination
• Communicate with Embassies for PO, create SO and documents follow up for delivery planning
• Request booking confirmation on proposed shipment upon customer acceptance

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years\' experience in shipping or sales administration or exposure to duty free and export environment
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications)
• Able to handle customs related matters and familiar with customs documents preferred
• Reliable and possess initiative in completing assigned tasks within deadlines
• Strong communication & organizational skills
