Handle daily property management and maintenance operation of community and other related matters. Make ready units for new move-ins. Carry out inspection of building defects, arrange and monitor defects rectification works. Carry out repairing works for interior and exterior of buildings. Responsible for 24-hours emergency maintenance. Liaise with house purchasers, authorities (Majlis Bandaraya Johor Bahru (MBJB) Ranhil SAJ, TNB, Indah Water) Pejabat Tanah dan Daerah, Commissioner of Building (COB), consultants, contractors and service providers. Manage and supervise all contractors or suppliers. To ensure only approved service providers and contractors are instructed. Regularly monitored the service delivery of service providers i.e. TNB, SAJ-Ranhill (Syarikat Air Johor), and contractors to ensure efficient and effective operations of properties. Advise and attend to to property management and maintenance related issues, complaints or emergencies which may arise from time to time. Generate monthly billing, invoices, credit note, and debit note using property management system. Prepare reports related to property management and maintenance. Carry out any building maintenance works such as service and repairs any damages. This position will be based in Residensi PR1MA Larkin Indah, Johor Bahru.
