We are seeking a dedicated Finance Executive to deliver accounts on time measured through speed, accuracy and cost by educating, implementing and monitoring of Internal Control System. Your contributions will directly influence the success of our operations and the overall performance of our organization.
Core responsibilities:
1. AP Invoice Processing

• Review, verify, and process invoices from vendors and suppliers
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of invoice details and adherence to company policies

2. Payment Processing

• Prepare and process payments, including electronic funds transfers, checks, TT transfer.
• Monitor and manage payment schedules to ensure timely and accurate payments.

3. Petty cash reimbursement

• Review, verify and process petty cash invoice submitted from respective department or cinema
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of invoice details and adherence to company policies

4. Records management in Finance department

• Ensure accounting documents & records are kept in order at least 7 years for statutory requirement.

5. Monitor bank facilities

• Manage the utilization of various bank facilities, including credit lines, overdraft facilities, loans, and bank guarantees.
• Track and monitor the usage of bank facilities
• Coordinate and liaise with banks on annual credit review, prepare and submit required financial reports or information as requested by banks

6. Cashflow management

• Collaborate with the finance team to manage cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity to meet financial obligations
• Utilize bank facilities effectively to support cash flow needs and operational requirements.
• Manage short term fund placement to maximise the interest income
• Prepare monthly cashflow report for management and PPB Group

7. Reconciliation

• Perform reconciliation of accounts payable transactions with the general ledger and vendor statements.
• Reconcile bank statements, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or variances in financial records.

Who We Need

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance account payable function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, analytical and meticulous.
• Good communication skills (including report writing).
• Pleasant and dynamic personality with strong desire to excel.
