Job Description

Scope of Services:



This role involves providing administrative support related to Finance Operations.

Responsibilities:



1. Account Receivable (AR)

? Generate invoices, receipts, credit note and debit note

? HRDC claim process

? Assist to prepare bank reconciliation

? Assist with preparation of report to facilitate the collection process

2. Account Payable (AP)

? Assist with payment process including

- Key in purchase invoice

- Generate payment voucher

- Upload EFT for bank transfer

? Update AP log

3. Reporting

? Assist with month end closing activity

? Budget preparation

4. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirement



? Bachelor's degree in finance/economics/business management preferred

? Experienced in accounting functions

? Familiar with accounting standards, business law, tax regulation and system

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
