We are looking for a dedicated Commercial Executive to boost points activities (issuance, conversion and redemption), partnerships, and revenue goals with our Financial Services partners across the regions. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment in managing multiple partnerships, campaigns, and projects with autonomy while receiving strong support from the management and the teams.
What will you do:
Assist to conduct market assessments to identify industry trends, potential business partners and opportunities for collaboration.
Proactively approach and establish relationships with new partners in the financial services sector.
Conduct sales activities and negotiations with new and existing partners, including presentations, to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Understand partners\xe2\x80\x99 business objectives, goals and KPIs; propose solutions with the use of rewards points to help them attain their objectives.
Collaborate with the product and technology team to ensure seamless partner onboarding and integration.
Ensure seamless program execution following contract agreements; maintain regular meetings with Financial Services partners to provide programmes and campaigns result updates.
Monitor and measure the success of the partnership programmes, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
Work closely with the marketing and campaign team to create targeted campaigns that promote partner products and services, with loyalty offerings and encourage repeat business.
Assess and communicate campaign results to partners to identify gaps for continuous improvements.
Understand partner channels and collaborate to promote airasia rewards offers effectively to their audience.
Master loyalty marketing to offer insightful guidance to partners, ensuring seamless customer experiences across all channels during campaigns.
Deliver exceptional partner support by addressing inquiries and concerns regarding partnerships, products, and programs.
Who are you:
Possess a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in business or economics.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in a B2B commercial sales, business development or partnerships.
Experience preferably in e-commerce, banking or loyalty industry.
Demonstrates a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn in an agile working environment.
Able to build strong working relationships at all levels.
Basic understanding of digital technology and its possibilities.
Knowledge in project management with attention to detail and drive to make things happen.
Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns preferable
