Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Executive eCommerce

to manage and grow our online sales channels. You will be responsible for daily operations across various platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and other marketplaces ensuring a seamless customer experience while optimizing sales performance.

What's your role?

Product Listing Management

Manage product listings (uploading, updating, and optimizing content: title, images, descriptions, pricing, etc.)

E-Commerce & Marketing Execution

Manage e-commerce sales, promotions, marketing, and social media (Shopee, Tiktok, Lazada, etc)

Campaign & Promotion Planning

Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and flash sales (e.g. 7.7, 8.8, Payday Sale)

Sales & Performance Reporting

Analyze sales data and generate performance reports using tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or platform dashboards

Pricing Review & Optimization

Regularly review and update product prices in accordance with pricing strategies and market trends

Competitor & Market Research

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for product assortment expansion and improvement

Who We're Looking For :

A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related fields Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or related roles Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Centre, TikTok Shop and other marketplaces (Temu, Zalora, etc) Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Knowledge of basic photo editing (e.g. Canva, Photoshop) is a plus Understanding of SEO / Google Ads / Meta Ads
