About the job Executive for Medical Services

Our Client is an internationally accredited, \xef\xbb\xbfmulti-disciplinary and tertiary care private hospital located in the Klang Valley Region. It was recognized in 2021 for its excellence as imperatives in the digital health industry. As part of their growth plans, they are seeking to hire a dedicated Executive for Medical Services to be part of their team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director in ensuring that the structure and processes needed for clinical governance are established and maintained appropriately.

• Provide efficient day-to-day support in administrative and operational matters.

• These including scheduling activities, attending meetings, preparing agenda and minutes of meetings, and follow-ups of outstanding issues and deadlines as appropriate.

• Establish and maintain an accurate and up-to-date filling system for all correspondence, reports, files and other relevant documents.

• Manage databases and systems assigned.

• Attend to enquiries and refer specific enquiries to the respective personnel in the hospital.

• Performs any other related duties as assigned.

\xef\xbb\xbfKey Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in a related field.
• Minimum three (3) years working experiences in a related field is required.
• Previous working experience in a healthcare or legal industry would be an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet timelines.
• Able to handle multitasking job and work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to undertake special assignment and ad-hoc duties.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated

Remunerations & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM3,500 to RM5,000
